What is the difference between Chat mode and QA mode for the chatbot?

The main difference lies in the fact that QA mode provides answers with references to documents/web pages, making the answers more reliable. QA mode is particularly suitable for website customer service Q&A, as it can provide the source web page address for the answer. Chat mode is more like ChatGPT, allowing for free-form question-and-answer interactions.
