What is ChatofAI?
We are an AI chatbot builder called ChatofAI. With our platform, you can create your own customized chatbot by simply dragging and dropping files or using web scraping with inputted URLs. It takes just 5 minutes to set up. 🚀 You can use our ChatofAI chatbot to: ✅ 1. Improve your business: Embed it on your website for 24/7 customer support and capturing customer leads; ✅ 2. Where is my data stored?
Your data is hosted on secure Huawei Cloud servers in Singapore.
What is a data source?
Data sources are the way you connect your chatbot to your data. You can upload one or multiple files (.doc/.docx/.pdf/.txt/.md), or add a link to your website to be scraped.
How many users can use my chatbots?
It depends on the visibility of your chatbot. If it is public, then anyone with the link will be able to chat with it. If it is private, only you (your account) can access it.
Does it use ChatGPT?
Of course, it uses gpt-3.5-turbo-16k.
Is my data used to train ChatGPT?
As stated in the OpenAI terms of use your data is not used to train ChatGPT: https://openai.com/policies/terms-of-use.
Can I upload multiple files to one chatbot?
Yes, click ctrl (windows) or cmd (Mac) and select as many files as you want.
How many files can I upload to the chatbot?
There's no limit on the number of files you can upload to the chatbot. However, the number of characters in all your files should not exceed the limit of your current plan. If you run out of characters, you can upgrade your plan or contact our tech support team at support@chatof.ai.
Can I share a chatbot I created?
Yes, you can make your chatbot public, so you can share the link or widget to other websites.
How can I add my chatbot to my website?
You can embed an iframe or add a widget to your website. If you have any technical questions or need assistance with the integration process, feel free to reach out to our support team at support@chatof.ai.
Does it support other languages?
Yes, the chatbot supports multiple languages. It will answer questions based on the language of your data source. Users can also specify the language for the chatbot's responses by clicking on the language icon 🌐 in the chatbot interface.
Which tools does ChatofAI support integration with?
ChatofAI supports integration with websites (via iframe or chat bubble), Slack, and Telegram. In the future, we will also support integration with WhatsApp, Messenger, and more, to better assist our users' businesses. Please note that Slack and Telegram integrations are available only for Growth and above plan users.
Can I collect leads to follow up later?
Yes, you can collect customer leads through ChatofAI by configuring the chatbot settings for lead collection. You can specify the required fields for collecting lead information and customize the label names for display. The leads submitted by users can be viewed and exported in the ChatofAI management backend under "Leads". Currently, lead collection is only available for Growth and above plan users to use.
Can it parse tables from PDFs, Docs, and Web pages?
Yes, I can parse tables from PDFs, Docs, and web pages and provide AI with more readable data. This enables the AI to give more accurate and reliable answers.
Do you have branding removal?

Can I use my own OpenAI API key?
Currently, the ability to use your own API key is only available in our Enterprise plan. You can contact the ChatofAI team at support@chatof.ai to discuss your requirements with them.

What is the difference between Chat mode and QA mode for the chatbot?
The main difference lies in the fact that QA mode provides answers with references to documents/web pages, making the answers more reliable. QA mode is particularly suitable for website customer service Q&A, as it can provide the source web page address for the answer. Chat mode is more like ChatGPT, allowing for free-form question-and-answer interactions.
